Legal Fees & Expenses

Mann McCracken Bebee & Ross provides value for money

In most cases, our attorney fees are based upon the time and the responsibility involved. You should discuss the fee arrangement with the lawyer you are dealing with; he or she will be able to give you an estimate of the legal fees involved.

Disbursements
The work we do for you may require us to incur legal expenses on your behalf in addition to our legal services. Payment of these expenses is arranged with the lawyer.

Retainer
In many cases, our office policy requires an advance payment, known as a retainer, toward the fee. These advance fee payments are deposited in our trust account and are applied to invoices for work completed and works in progress, as well as for expenses incurred while carrying out work for you. All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars.
